Description

Full-time position in Willimantic, CT. Provide and coordinate services for tenants in a supported housing project for low income tenants who may suffer from serious and prolonged mental illness and/or substance abuse problems. Play a critical role in assessing needs, developing and managing community service plans with tenants, and provide counseling.

* Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in relevant human service field required.

Salary Range:

$14.98 – $16.95 per hour depending on experience
