Description
Exciting opportunity for a senior administrator to manage the Adult Community Services Division of a large behavioral health non-profit in northeastern Connecticut. Responsibilities include oversight of DMHAS funded adult community support services, division strategic planning, budget and service development, liaison with funders and community leaders, quality assurance, maximization of productivity, accreditation/licensing and an active role on the Senior Management Team.
Minimum Requirements
Masters Degree in relevant human services field, or comparable degree plus a minimum of five years management and supervisory experience, including two years of direct program level management experience required.
Salary Range:
