Description

Part-time opening in Columbia to provide home-based family support services in Northeast Connecticut service area in the Family Enrichment Services Program. Qualified candidate will provide case management support services in the home with a focus on enhancing parenting skills, healthy relationships, child development, life skills and structure in the home environment, to identified DCF involved families. Coordinate services with DCF and other external agencies on behalf of family. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and provide own reliable transportation. Flexible schedule including having the ability to work nights and weekends as needed based on caseload.

Minimum Requirements

Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency Required. BA/BS degree in relevant human services field required.

Salary Range:

$14.98 — $16.95 per hour based on experience
