Senior Counselor – Intensive Family Preservation

Description
Full-time position to provide services for our Intensive Family Preservation program. Position will provide valuable services to families involved with the Manchester (primarily Tolland County, East Hartford, Manchester and Enfield areas) DCF office. Experience and knowledge of child protective services, trauma issues, and home-based services are necessary. Flexible schedule, some evening and weekend hour maybe be required. Reliable transportation required. Effective written and spoken communication skills. Ability to work with diverse client populations including both adults and children.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in relevant human services field plus two years experience required.
Salary Range:
- $16.39 – $18.54 per hour depending on experience
