Description
Responsible for the support, development and utilization of information systems required for all aspects of the Electronic Health Record. Specifically, this position will be responsible for producing and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports and analytics, providing training and support, policy and user manual development/maintenance, and system evaluations, upgrades and enhancements. Will also need to monitor and modify systems to improve both provider and patient process and flow. Will work closely with Quality and Corporate Compliance Division in the development and reporting of quality metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to perform basic report writing and/or programming – Crystal Reports and/or SQL experience perferred.
Recognizes data-related problems, recommends potential solutions, and implements those solutions. Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving.
Understanding and knowledge of healthcare data systems, including healthcare practices, reporting and analytics.
1-3 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare with knowledge of healthcare data.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, may be substituted for 3 years experience.
