Full-time position available in the Putnam area to assist clients in developing skills as related to living in a clubhouse model. Provide support and direction regarding social rehab needs and activities to adults with severe and prolonged mental illness.
Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree in human services field OR High School Diploma plus two years relevant experience required.
Salary Range:
- $12.29 – $13.91 per hour depending on experience
