Three new positions - Work as part of a team of multidisciplinary staff in our new Young Adult Services Program. Provide case management and housing services for young adults, ages 18-25, who have a diagnosed mental illness and are in need of community-based support services in the Willimantic area.  If you have knowledge and experience with substance abuse or community support services for young adults and an understanding of the developmental issues of this population, please consider becoming part of our team. 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant human services field or Associate’s degree plus 2 years relevant experience. 

Salary Range:  $14.26 – $16.13
