Description
Full-time position working with people with mental health and substance abuse issues who are currently homeless or have experienced homelessness.  Assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.   Provide supportive services.  Position is based in Danielson (Dayville) and covers the Danielson/Putnam/Willimantic area.  Use of own car is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided.   Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. including one evening per week.

Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant human services field or Associate’s degree plus two years relevant experience. 

Salary Range:  

• $14.26 – $16.13 per hour depending on experience
