Description:

Are you a passionate clinical leader ready to make an impact in children’s mental health? United Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic and dedicated Team Manager to join our Child Guidance Program — a supportive, multidisciplinary team providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic clinical team delivering high-quality outpatient mental health services.
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to staff and interns.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, and program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with community partners and referral sources to strengthen services.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct care as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
  • CT Clinical Licensure – LCSW, LMFT, or LPC required.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program coordination a plus
  • 3+ years of direct clinical experience (adolescents & co-occurring disorders preferred)
  • Must have strong diagnostic skills and be able to provide a thorough and detailed biopsychosocial assessment.
  • Coordinate Evidence-Based Practice models for internal and external reporting.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range:

$75,000 – $80,000
