Description:
United Services is seeking a Team Manager for the Crisis Response Services Division of a large community mental health center working with adults with serious mental health issues who may also have substance use disorders and/or co-morbid medical conditions.
The Team Manager works in partnership with the Program Director to oversee operations of the Adult Crisis Response Team. Responsibilities within this interdisciplinary team include meeting and engaging with individuals, triaging incoming referrals, implementing and supporting safety protocols for crisis staff, and providing supervision to crisis staff related to clinical interventions, caseloads and care coordination while also maintaining an assigned caseload as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- (Connecticut) LCSW, LPC or LMFT required.
- Minimum of five years in Clinical Services preferred.
- Three years relevant experience in the area of care coordination, clinical supervision, or a combination.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of community resources and behavioral health systems.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M
Salary Range:
$72,000 – $77,000 yearly (depending on experience)
