Care for Every Person.

We work to support wellness for Northeast Connecticut individuals, families, and communities.

At United Services, we don’t expect people to fit neatly into a system. We meet people where they are—and then we build around them.

Every day, we work with individuals and families across Northeastern Connecticut who are navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, crisis, and life transitions that don’t come with a clear roadmap. Sometimes people come to us knowing exactly what they need. More often, they just know something isn’t working—and they’re looking for help to figure out what comes next. Whatever the need is – we’re here.

We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, but what that really means is this:

We provide care that is connected, coordinated, and responsive to the full picture of someone’s life. Not just symptoms, but circumstances. Not just moments of crisis, but what comes before and after.

Our programs are designed for those who need more structured, ongoing support—bringing together clinical care, peer support, family involvement, and real-world stability. At the same time, our services offer accessible entry points for counseling, crisis response, and community-based support. Whether someone needs immediate help or longer-term care, there is a clear path forward—and we help guide it.

We also understand that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in environments where people feel safe, supported, and connected. That’s why our work extends beyond traditional care—into our spaces, our partnerships, and the way we show up in the community every day.

For those reaching out for help, our role is simple: to make it easier to take the next step. And for those who support our work, this is where impact happens—by making sure care is available when it’s needed most, and that no one has to navigate these moments alone.

At United Services, we don’t just provide services. We help people move forward.
