This role focuses on housing navigation, landlord engagement, survivor-centered advocacy, and housing stability services with a goal of housing survivors within 30 days or less.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">The Housing Specialist will assist survivors with locating housing, completing applications, and navigating the leasing process while coordinating closely with Advocates to complete intake, screening, and housing assessments within 48 hours of enrollment. Responsibilities include showing survivors at least three safe and appropriate housing options based on survivor preference, conducting housing inspections and rent reasonableness reviews, and providing ongoing landlord and survivor mediation to support successful tenancy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">The position requires maintaining strong relationships with landlords and community partners, educating landlords on Rapid Rehousing rental assistance, and ensuring compliance with HUD, DOH, and CCADV requirements. Strict confidentiality, accurate documentation, attendance at trainings and team meetings are required. Other related duties may be assigned in support of program goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Schedule:<\/h5>\n<p class=\"elementtoproof\" style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. &#8211; 5:30 P.M.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Minimum Requirements:<\/h5>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or Associate&#8217;s degree and two years relevant experience.<\/p>\n<h5>Salary Range:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"elementtoproof\" style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">$19.00 &#8211;
