We are seeking a Team Manager for Reunification and Therapeutic Family Time (RTFT) \/ Parenting Support Services (PSS). This pivotal role contributes to our mission by overseeing programs that support families in need, ensuring quality service delivery and fostering positive outcomes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday through Friday 9:00A.M. &#8211; 5:30 P.M.<br \/>\nNights and weekends as needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Location<\/strong>: In-person<\/p>\n<p>This position requires working in two locations: 140 North Frontage Road, Mansfield Center, CT 06241 and 303 Putnam Road, Wauregan, CT 06378<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master\u2019s Degree in Counseling (CT-LPC-A required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of clinical or program management experience (Preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong><br \/>\n$65,000 &#8211; $75,000 based on experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefit Package:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Very generous comprehensive benefit package for medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee and their family<\/li>\n<li>Life, AD &amp; D, short-term and long-term disability insurance plans \u2013 100% employer paid<\/li>\n<li>Four weeks of paid vacation<\/li>\n<li>12 paid holidays<\/li>\n<li>Paid Sick time<\/li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Professional Development Funds<\/li>\n<li>403B Thrift Plan (tax-deferred) with employer contribution and match after one year<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program<\/li>\n<li>Mileage Reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>United Services is an approved site for the National Health Services Corps loan repayment and scholarship programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Benefits will be pro-rated for eligible part-time positions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Employment Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All employees of United Services, Inc. are required to receive the influenza (flu) vaccine each year, unless a medical exemption has been submitted and approved by our Medical Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>United Services is an Affirmative Action Employer EEO\/M\/F\/D\/V<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Provide managerial and professional leadership to the assigned programs.
