The Child Guidance Clinic provides office-based outpatient services to children and adolescents ages 3-18 using individual, group and family based therapy. Clinicians are provided a supportive team environment that works from a strengths based perspective with a multi-disciplinary approach. We work collaboratively with internal and external providers to provide comprehensive treatment and support for children, adolescents and families serviced by the clinic.<\/p>\n<p>Licensing supervision provided for most disciplines. Some evenings are required with no weekend and no on call expectations. Experience working with children, adolescents and families desired. New graduates are welcome to apply. Training provided for orientation and on boarding, evidence based models, and funding for CEU training.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1007 North Main Street, Dayville, CT 06241<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master\u2019s Degree in Counseling (CT-LPC-A required).<\/li>\n<li>LCSW and two years clinical experience working with children and youth, (ages birth to 18) and their families preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent Bilingual Spanish preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salary Range:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-LCSW, $55,370 \u2013 $62,646<\/li>\n<li>Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians- Spanish\/English Fluency $58,173 \u2013 $65,817<\/li>\n<li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166 \u2013 $73,730<\/li>\n<li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish\/English Fluency $68,465 \u2013 $77,462<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clinician Full-time positions are 40 hours per week, Monday \u2013 Friday. Clinicians are required to work until 8 P.M. one night per week.
