You will work within a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team that focus on providing quality client care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong><br \/>\n140 N Frontage Rd, Mansfield Center, CT 06250<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Set Us Apart:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Supervision:<\/strong> Benefit from regular, ongoing individual supervision by an LCSW, weekly group supervision with your peers, and collaborative interdisciplinary team meetings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Loan Forgiveness:<\/strong> We are an HRSA-approved site. Licensed clinicians may qualify for federal student loan repayment via the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Growth:<\/strong> CEU trainings, thorough orientation, onboarding, and evidence-based model training.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial Support:<\/strong> We fully reimburse your professional license renewal fees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No On-Call:<\/strong> Leave your work at the office with absolutely zero weekend or on-call requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Provide Therapy:<\/strong> Deliver high-quality individual and group therapeutic services to adults navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring diagnoses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate in Teams:<\/strong> Participate in regular group supervision and clinical case reviews with your coworkers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partner Across Disciplines:<\/strong> Engage in scheduled interdisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic, well-rounded client care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Clinician Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nMSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master\u2019s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Master\u2019s Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required). Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses preferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> No weekend or on call expectations. Clinician full-time positions are 40 hours per week, Monday \u2013 Friday. *Clinicians are required to work until 8 P.M. one night per week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clinician Salary Range:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-LCSW, $55,370 &#8211; $62,646<\/li>\n<li>Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians- Spanish\/English Fluency $58,173 &#8211; $65,817<\/li>\n<li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166 &#8211; $73,730<\/li>\n<li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish\/English Fluency $68,465 &#8211; $77,462<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New grads welcome!
