Quality Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide operational oversight for assigned domestic violence shelter services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with grant requirements, domestic violence program certification standards, agency policies, and quality assurance expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee collection, completion, and review of program data, reports, and funder-required documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Staff Leadership &amp; Supervision<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise assigned staff and complete work performance evaluations and reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Orient and train new employees on agency policies, procedures, protocols, and job expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate agency updates, program information, policy changes, and procedural requirements to staff.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate 24\/7 coverage for both shelters to ensure adequate program coverage and service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Program Development &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the Program Manager in service planning, program development, and quality improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support efforts to maintain program occupancy and effective shelter operations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in reporting activities, staff meetings, and ongoing program evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving client and provider concerns while advocating for effective systems-level solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shelter Environment <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure shelter facilities provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor facility conditions and implement needed improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday \u2013 Friday, <\/strong>2nd shift hours, some flexibility available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>$58,000 &#8211; $63,000 <\/strong>annually, based on qualifications and experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minumim Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree and two (2) years of relevant experience; <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Associate\u2019s degree and four (4) years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of human services, domestic violence services, shelter operations, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous supervisory experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits Package:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generous benefit package for medical, dental and vision coverage for the employee and their family<\/li>\n<li>Life, AD &amp;
