Licensed clinicians may qualify for federal student loan repayment via the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free Clinical Supervision:<\/strong> We provide the supervision hours you need toward your independent Connecticut licensure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Development:<\/strong> Receive comprehensive onboarding, evidence-based model training, and funding for CEU trainings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial Support:<\/strong> We fully reimburse your professional license renewal fees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work-Life Balance:<\/strong> Enjoy your evenings and weekends with absolutely zero on-call responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Deliver therapy:<\/strong> Provide office-based individual and group therapy for adults.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client centered approach: <\/strong>Tailor treatment, focusing on individual goals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate closely:<\/strong> Partner with internal and external providers to support long-term client recovery and stability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> COAST clinicians are required to work 40 hours per week, Monday \u2013 Friday. <strong>No weekend or on call expectations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Clinician Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nMSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master\u2019s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Master\u2019s Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required). Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses preferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clinician Salary Range:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-LCSW, $55,370 &#8211; $62,646<\/li>\n<li>Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians- Spanish\/English Fluency $58,173 &#8211; $65,817<\/li>\n<li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166 &#8211; $73,730<\/li>\n<li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish\/English Fluency $68,465 &#8211; $77,462<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New grads welcome!
