This role provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, and coordination of client care while supporting a collaborative, client-centered environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>140 N mentor, and support clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance guidance<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the delivery of patient care services to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards<\/li>\n<li>Provide direct clinical services as needed, including individual and group counseling<\/li>\n<li>Develop care plans tailored to client needs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning and diagnostic evaluations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range: <\/strong>$75,000-80,000 (based on experience)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LCSW, LMFT, LPC required.<\/p>\n<p>Three years of relevant direct clinical care experience is required.<\/p>\n<p>Experience as a clinical supervisor preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Clinical experience with clients with substance abuse problems, adults with SPMI, Dual Diagnosis, and Trauma is highly desired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Location<\/strong>: Because
