United Services is seeking Master’s-level Clinicians to join our growing team! We have full-time and part-time opportunities available across several behavioral health programs serving children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout northeastern Connecticut.<\/p>\n

Whether you are an experienced licensed clinician or a recent graduate seeking supervision and professional growth, United Services offers a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians can build meaningful careers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.<\/p>\n

Clinicians provide individual, group, family, and crisis intervention services, depending on program assignment, while working within multidisciplinary teams dedicated to improving mental health outcomes and supporting recovery.<\/p>\n

Training provided for orientation and onboarding, evidence-based models, and funding for CEU training.<\/p>\n

Clinical supervision for Connecticut Licensure will be provided.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Schedule:<\/strong> Clinician Full-time positions are 40 hours per week, Monday \u2013 Friday. No weekend or on call expectations.<\/p>\n

Adult Outpatient Services (Dayville and Mansfield Center)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adult Outpatient Services provides office-based outpatient individual and group clinical services for adults with a primary mental health diagnosis, substance use diagnosis, as well as dually diagnosed individuals. Our clinical philosophy is CBT-based with significant utilization of motivational interviewing. The successful candidate will be able to engage individuals, complete clinical assessments, and treatment plans with observable, measurable objectives, and work cooperatively with internal and external treatment providers.<\/p>\n

Child Guidance Clinic (Dayville and Mansfield Center)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Child Guidance Clinic provides office-based outpatient services to children and adolescents ages 3-18 using individual, group, and family-based therapy. Clinicians are provided a supportive team environment that works from a strengths-based perspective with a multi-disciplinary approach. We work collaboratively with internal and external providers to provide comprehensive treatment and support for children, adolescents and families serviced by the clinic.<\/p>\n

*Adult Outpatient Clinicians and Child Guidance Clinicians are required to work until 8 p.m. one night per week.<\/p>\n

Intake Clinician (Child Guidance Clinic)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> Dayville and Mansfield Center<\/p>\n

The Intake Clinician serves as the primary point of entry into Child Guidance Clinic services. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, establishing diagnoses, determining level of care recommendations, and connecting children, youth, and families with appropriate treatment services. The Intake Clinician works closely with clinical teams and community partners to ensure timely access to care and effective treatment planning.<\/p>\n

Crisis Response Services (CRS) Dayville and Mansfield Center<\/strong><\/p>\n

Crisis Response Services provides community-based assessments and brief treatment primarily to adults experiencing mental health challenges, traumatic events or other crises. We provide urgent support to people trying to access treatment or other resources but struggling to get through \u201cthe system\u201d or stuck on a waitlist. We support them through their crisis and link them to whatever service or support they need. Perfect for new grads looking for extensive experience, skill development, and supervision, OR for seasoned clinicians who prefer an active and creative role over long-term outpatient therapy.<\/p>\n

We are looking for someone with great assessment skills, the ability to provide crisis support, a good level of organization and time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.<\/p>\n

*Crisis Team Clinicians are required to work until 7 p.m. one night per week. Full and part-time positions are also available for evening, overnight, and weekend coverage.<\/p>\n

Forensic Clinical Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> Dayville and Mansfield Center<\/p>\n

The Forensic Clinical Specialist provides clinical services to adults with serious mental illness who are involved in or impacted by the criminal justice system. The clinician works collaboratively with internal teams, community providers, and justice-system partners to support recovery, reduce barriers to treatment, and promote successful community integration.<\/p>\n

Community Outreach Assistance and Support Team (COAST) Dayville and Mansfield Center<\/strong><\/p>\n

COAST is a person-centered, recovery-orientated, and integrated service. All services will be provided in the community, including therapy by the clinician. COAST is not a \u201cforever\u201d service, and its purpose is to stabilize and assist high-need individuals in connecting to community resources for stabilization. It is an empowerment model of care, with a key assumption that the individual has the ability, given the resources and support, to manage their own mental health and substance conditions and achieve wellness, recovery, and stability.<\/p>\n

Clinician Minimum Requirements:<\/strong>
\nLCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred; LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A required.<\/p>\n

Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses preferred.<\/p>\n

Clinician Salary Range:<\/strong><\/p>\n
