Be part of something powerful.<\/p>\n<p>Our Reunification &amp; Therapeutic Family Time (RTFT) program is looking for a passionate, skilled Counselor to join our supportive and dynamic team. In this role, you\u2019ll play a critical part in helping families reconnect, heal, and move forward together.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RTFT provides Reunification Readiness Assessments, Reunification Services, and Therapeutic Family Time to families referred by DCF across a 21-town region in Northeast Connecticut. You\u2019ll work both in-office and in the community, meeting families where they are and supporting them through meaningful change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with families to assess readiness and support successful reunification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and deliver individualized, family-centered services<\/li>\n<li>Use strong engagement skills to build trust with diverse populations<\/li>\n<li>Apply assessment skills to guide treatment and progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We\u2019re seeking someone who is:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organized and able to manage time and caseloads effectively<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about working with children and families in the child welfare system<\/li>\n<li>Skilled at connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated, compassionate, and ready to make a difference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Don\u2019t worry if you\u2019re new to this model\u2014comprehensive training is provided!<\/p>\n<p>Multiple Locations Open- 140 North Frontage Road, Mansfield Center, CT 06250 and 303 Putnam Road, Wauregan, CT 06387<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Counselor- <\/strong>Master\u2019s degree in relevant human services field<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range: <\/strong>$40, 352 &#8211; $45, 656 (depending on experience). <strong>Bilingual<\/strong> <strong>Spanish\/English Fluency<\/strong>: $42, 395- $47, 966 per hour depending on experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Counselor- <\/strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a relevant human services field with two years of experience preferred<\/p>\n<p>*Bachelor\u2019s Degree with more than two years of prior relevant experience may be required under supervision to complete readiness assessments. Prior DCF approval is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong> $19.00-$21.50 per hour (depending on experience) <strong>Bilingual Spanish\/English Fluency: <\/strong>$19.96-$22.59 (depending on experience)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Location:<\/strong> This role requires a hands-on presence to deliver the best care possible.
