Description:
United Services, Inc. is seeking a Team Manager to work in Addiction and Recovery Services. We’re looking for someone who is independently driven, values quality work and attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment that embraces change and expansion to better serve our community.
The Addiction and Recovery Team Manager provides day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of Addiction Recovery Services and the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. This role supervises a multidisciplinary team—including clinicians, employment specialists, and peer recovery staff—while supporting high-quality service delivery and ensuring programs operate in alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and grant expectations.
This position is grounded in a recovery-oriented, person-centered, and harm-reduction–informed approach, with an emphasis on meeting individuals where they are and supporting multiple pathways of recovery. The Team Manager collaborates closely with Adult Outpatient Services coordinated care, continuity of services, and a respectful, non-punitive treatment environment.
Minimum Requirements:
LCSW, LMFT, LPC required. Experience as a clinical supervisor preferred. Three years relevant direct clinical care experience required.

- Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Salary Range:
$74,000.00 – $80,000.00 (based on experience)
