Description:
Make a lasting impact. We’re seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Team Manager to lead our RTFT and Parenting Support Services programs. In this key leadership role, you’ll drive service excellence, mentor skilled staff, and deliver transformative outcomes for families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to program teams.
- Conduct and oversee family assessments to inform effective service plans.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and performance accountability.
- Build a collaborative, trauma-informed culture that empowers families and promotes reunification.

Minimum Requirements:
- MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required) or a Master’s Degree in Counseling (CT-LPC-A required) required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical or program management experience (Preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. May be required to work evening or weekend hours based on program need.
Salary Range:
$66,000 – $68,000
