Description:

United Services is seeking an energetic and dedicated Clinical Manager to lead our Young Adult Services (YAS) Program, which provides community-based clinical services to young adults (ages 18–25) with diagnosed mental illness. Position Overview

The Clinical Manager of Young Adult Services oversees and manages the clinical and case management components of the YAS Program. Responsibilities include providing clinical leadership, supervising staff, and ensuring daily operations meet client needs in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise clinical and case management staff in delivering high-quality services
  • Oversee daily program operations to ensure client needs are met
  • Ensure compliance with all licensure and funder regulatory guidelines
  • Provide clinical leadership and maintain best practices in service delivery
  • Support the program’s growth and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
  • Connecticut license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required
  • Minimum of three (3) years clinical supervisory experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical services experience
Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 9:00 am–5:30 pm; Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Salary Range:

$80,000 – $85,000
