Description:

United Services is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Mid–Senior IT Support Coordinator to support a heath care environment serving approximately 250 employees across 13 locations. This is an office-based position with frequent travel between facilities. The Coordinator position will provide Level 1 through Level 3 technical support, serve as an advanced endpoint and application support resource, and play a key role in staff technology training, system reliability, and healthcare data security in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

  • Flexibility to travel to designated sites as necessary
  • May be required to work evening hours for coverage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Helpdesk, Desktop and Field Support
  • Support Hardware Development & Repair
  • Maintain Identify, Access & Security Processes
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Staff Training and Onboarding
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in IT support, desktop support, or field technician roles equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Industry certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or equivalent
Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

Salary Range:

$62,000.00 – $67,000.00 (based on experience)
