Description:
Seeking a seasoned, energetic, well organized, motivated support services manager to oversee the secretarial, medical records and receptionist functions at 2 sites in a large behavioral health non-profit.
Responsibilities: coordination with other departments, quality assurance, training and supervision of staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and four years administrative support experience, or an Associates Degree plus six years administrative support experience, or a High School Diploma plus eight years administrative support experience.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in an office environment. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Salary Range:
$56,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
