United Services is looking to hire full-time Consumer Support Technicians in our Comprehensive Services Division. Comprehensive Services’ goal is to help transform community behavioral health systems and provide comprehensive, coordinated behavioral health care and medical care. Consumer Support Technician’s will obtain vital signs, administer assessments and consumer surveys, monitor lab orders, provide support and follow up coordination, complete medication reconciliation during consumer visits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree plus two years appropriate experience or High School Diploma plus four years appropriate experience required.

Experience: One or two years of experience in a behavioral health and/or clinical setting preferred.

Certification: Medical Assistant (CMA) certification: Preferred

Salary Range:

Salary/Hourly Range $17.27 – $19.54

Bilingual Spanish/ English Fluency: $18.14 – $20.53per hour depending on experience
