Our Reunification & Therapeutic Family Time (RTFT) program is looking for a passionate, skilled Senior Counselor to join our supportive and dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in helping families reconnect, heal, and move forward together. RTFT provides Reunification Readiness Assessments, Reunification Services, and Therapeutic Family Time to families referred by DCF across a 21-town region in Northeast Connecticut. You’ll work both in-office and in the community, meeting families where they are and supporting them through meaningful change.
Location: Primary work location is Wauregan CT, with some work days in Mansfield, CT -based on program needs.

- Coordinate and deliver individualized, family-centered services
- Use strong engagement skills to build trust with diverse populations
- Apply clinical insight and assessment skills to guide treatment and progress

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant human services field
Full-time position – 40 hours per week (flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends)
Salary Range: $19.40-$21.95 per hour (depending on experience)
Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency: $20.38-$23.06 (depending on experience)
