Explore All Services
Recovery doesn’t follow a straight line, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone. Our addiction recovery services are built to meet people where they are—whether they are just beginning to question their relationship with substances, actively seeking treatment, or working to maintain recovery over time.
Wherever you are in your recovery, you don’t have to navigate it alone—we’re here to walk alongside you and help you move forward.
Who We Serve
Addiction Recovery Services are available to adults experiencing challenges related to alcohol or drug use, including individuals with co-occurring mental health conditions. Services are accessible regardless of ability to pay.
Our Approach
Our addiction recovery services are provided within a comprehensive, person-centered approach. Our program supports recovery, health, and long-term stability through evidence-based care delivered with dignity and respect.
A recovery-oriented approach recognizes addiction as a treatable health condition, and services are tailored to each individual’s needs, emphasizing engagement, harm reduction, and long-term recovery goals.
We offer a combination of clinical care and peer recovery support, connecting individuals with people who have lived experience and understand what this process can feel like. That connection can help to reduce isolation, build trust, and remind people that change is possible.
Services Offered
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Drug, Alcohol and/or Tobacco Addiction
Research shows that Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) can significantly reduce overdose risk, improve treatment retention, and support long-term recovery. When combined with counseling and support services, MAT helps individuals stabilize and rebuild their lives.
At United Services, our MAT Program combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to support individuals in recovery from opioid and other substance use disorders, including alcohol and tobacco use.
MAT services are available to adults diagnosed with opioid use disorder or other substance use disorders who may benefit from medication as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Medication-Assisted Treatment Approach
MAT is delivered using a whole-person, evidence-based approach that addresses both the physical and psychological aspects of addiction. Treatment plans are individualized, recovery-focused, and provided in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
Treatment may include:
- Medical assessment and ongoing monitoring
- FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder
- Individual and group counseling
- Integrated mental health treatment
- Recovery planning and relapse prevention
- Care coordination and referrals
Access to MAT services begins with an assessment. Individuals may self-refer or be referred by a healthcare provider, hospital, or community partner.
Effective treatment supports physical health, mental well-being, and improved relationships. With the right supports in place, individuals can achieve meaningful and sustainable recovery.
Peer Recovery Support
Sometimes the most powerful support comes from someone who has lived it.
Our Peer Recovery Specialists are individuals in recovery who are trained to support others through their own journeys. They offer a different kind of connection—one built on shared experience, understanding, and trust. Whether it’s helping you navigate services, stay motivated, or simply have someone who understands without explanation, peer support can make the process feel less overwhelming and more possible.
How to Access Services
Services are available through referral or self-referral. Our team will guide individuals through the intake process and help determine the most appropriate level of care.
