Who We Serve

COAST serves adults living with significant mental health challenges who may benefit from ongoing guidance, connection, and coordination in daily life.

Services Offered

Services may include:

  • Skill-building

  • Emotional support
  • Coordination of care
  • Access to community resources
  • Assistance developing routines that promote long-term well-being and recovery

Our Approach

Through person-centered support, COAST staff work alongside individuals to help navigate everyday challenges related to mental health, wellness, housing, relationships, community involvement, and daily living.

COAST recognizes that healing and recovery are not only about symptom management—they are also about rebuilding confidence, strengthening relationships, reconnecting with purpose, and creating a greater sense of belonging.

By meeting individuals where they are and supporting growth over time, the program helps people move forward with dignity, self-direction, and hope.
