Suicide prevention is a shared community responsibility. Training more people to recognize and respond to warning signs can save lives and strengthen community resilience. United Services’ QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Training equips individuals and organizations with the skills and confidence to recognize the warning signs of suicide and take action to help someone in crisis.

Who We Serve

QPR training is appropriate for employers, educators, healthcare providers, first responders, community organizations, and community members who want to be prepared to respond to suicide risk.
