Clinical Manager – Young Adult Services

United Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic and dedicated Clinical Manager to lead our Young Adult Services (YAS) Program, a community-based program serving young adults ages 18-25 with diagnosed mental illness. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the clinical and case management components of the program while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Young Adult Services Program.
  • Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality, client-centered services.
  • Oversee daily program operations to ensure the needs of young adults are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote and maintain best practices in service delivery.
  • Monitor program performance and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service coordination and client outcomes.
  • Support program development, growth, and expansion efforts.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Connecticut license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required
  • Minimum of three (3) years clinical supervisory experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical services experience

Salary Range: $76,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)

Work Location: Because our clients rely on face-to-face-support to build trust, this position requires employees to be fully present in the community and in the office.
