What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):
- Provide Therapy: Deliver high-quality individual and group therapeutic services to adults navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring diagnoses.
- Collaborate in Teams: Participate in regular group supervision and clinical case reviews with your coworkers.
- Partner Across Disciplines: Engage in scheduled interdisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic, well-rounded client care.
Minimum Requirements:
CT-LMSW, CT-MFT-A , CT-LPC-A required. Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses preferred.
Schedule: No weekend or on call expectations. Full-time positions are 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. *Clinicians are required to work until 8 P.M. one night per week.
Salary Range:
- Non-LCSW: $55,370 – $62,646
- Non-LCSW: Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency: $58,173 – $65,817
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC: $65,166 – $73,730
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency: $68,465 – $77,462

Work Location: Because our clients rely on face-to-face support to build trust, this position is fully in-person and office based.
