What You Will Do (Day-to Day):
- Provide in-home and community-based family support services
- Coach and guide parents in effective parenting skills and child development
- Develop and monitor family service plans and goal progress
- Supervise and support family interactions and reunification efforts
- Partner with DCF, caseworkers, and community providers
- Connect families to local resources and support services
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and case records
- Facilitate parenting groups and skill-building sessions
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant human services field (required) with two years of experience preferred
- Experience in family services, case management, or community-based support preferred
- Knowledge of child development and parenting practices
- Ability to work independently in home and community settings
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Schedule: Full-time position is 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m-5:00 p.m.)
- Flexible schedule may include some evening and weekend hours to meet the program/family’s needs.
Salary Range: $19.00 – $21.50 per hour depending on experience
Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency: $19.96- $22.59 per hour depending on experience.

Work Location: In-person. This role requires a hands-on presence to deliver the best care possible. You will work directly with families in-home and in the local community.
