We act as an essential safety net—providing urgent support to individuals trying to navigate “the system” or who are stuck on long waitlists. You will help stabilize individuals through their toughest moments and bridge them to the long-term services they need to thrive.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):
- Assess & Stabilize: Conduct rapid, community-based mental health assessments and provide immediate crisis support.
- Deliver Brief Treatment: Provide targeted, short-term interventions to stabilize clients in crisis.
- Navigate Systems: Advocate for clients, helping them bypass systemic barriers and linking them to critical community resources.
- Collaborate Daily: Partner closely with an agile, supportive team of fellow crisis professionals.
Schedule: Clinicians are required to work until 7 P.M. one night per week. Full and part-time positions are also available for evening, overnight, and weekend coverage.
Clinician Minimum Requirements:
MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Master’s Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required).
- Clinical experience with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses is preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent time management, organization, and a collaborative team mindset.
Clinician Salary Range:
- Non-LCSW, $55,370 – $62,646
- Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians- Spanish/English Fluency $58,173 – $65,817
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166 – $73,730
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency $68,465 – $77,462
