We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager for our Adult Outpatient Services (AOS) to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services while aligning with our mission of Creating Healthy Communities.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing clinical programs by providing strong clinical leadership for assigned services. This role ensures the day-to-day operations effectively meet client needs while adhering to best practices and maintaining compliance with all licensure, regulatory, and funder requirements. This role provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, and coordination of client care while supporting a collaborative, client-centered environment.

What You Will Do (Day-to Day):
- Provide supervision, coaching, and support focused on client care.
- Oversee clinical service delivery, ensuring care aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Address staffing, coverage, or operational needs in real time to maintain continuity of care.
- Review and monitor documentation, data, and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate care and strengthen referral relationships.
- Engage with referral sources and community partners to support outreach and program growth.
- End the day ensuring all client needs, staff concerns, and operational priorities are addressed effectively.
- Oversee the delivery of patient care services to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Provide direct clinical services as needed, including individual and group counseling
- Develop care plans tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning and diagnostic evaluations
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $84,000-86,000 (based on experience)
Minimum Qualifications:
(Connecticut) LCSW, LMFT, LPC required.
Three years of clinical supervisory experience required.
Five years in clinical services experience required.
Clinical experience with clients with substance abuse problems, adults with SPMI, Dual Diagnosis, and Trauma is highly desired.
Work Location: Because our clients rely on face-to-face support to build trust, this position is fully in-person and office based.
