Why Fundraise for United Services?

When you host a fundraiser for United Services, you are directly supporting programs that improve lives throughout northeastern Connecticut. Every dollar raised helps reduce barriers to care and strengthens the safety net for people facing complex challenges.

Community fundraisers:

Expand access to essential behavioral health services
Raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health

Fundraising Ideas

Your fundraiser can be as simple or creative as you’d like. Popular community fundraising ideas include:

Fundraising Guidelines

To ensure consistency and protect the integrity of United Services, we ask all community fundraisers to:

Obtain approval before using the United Services name or logo
Clearly state that your event is “benefiting United Services”
Follow applicable laws and regulations
Coordinate donation handling with our Development Office

Our team is happy to review details and answer questions along the way.

Support and Resources

United Services may be able to provide limited support for approved fundraisers, which may include:

Guidance and planning support
Digital logos or basic promotional language
Assistance with donation processing or acknowledgments
Support availability varies based on timing and event scope.
