Healthy communities are built through connection, prevention, education, and support that reaches people where they live, work, learn, and grow.

At United Services, our Workforce & Community Wellness programs are designed to strengthen the well-being of individuals, families, organizations, and communities across Northeastern Connecticut through practical, relationship-centered services that promote resilience, mental wellness, and long-term stability.

Through partnerships with schools, businesses, municipalities, healthcare providers, and community organizations, we provide a range of prevention, education, and workforce wellness initiatives that help communities respond to challenges before they become crises. From supporting employees through workplace mental health services, to empowering youth and families through prevention programming, to offering community-wide trainings focused on suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and mental health awareness, our work is rooted in the belief that wellness is a shared community responsibility.

Our programs bring together clinical knowledge, public health approaches, and community collaboration to create environments that are healthier, safer, more informed, and more connected.

Whether working alongside local employers, supporting youth development, training community members, or building collaborative prevention efforts, United Services remains committed to strengthening the overall health and resilience of the communities we serve.
