At United Services, we provide comprehensive behavioral health and human services that support individuals, families, and communities throughout Eastern Connecticut at every stage of life.

Our programs are designed to strengthen mental health, promote safety and stability, support recovery, and foster overall well-being. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, a loved one, or someone in your care, United Services offers accessible, community-based services delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Crisis Services

Urgent response services for mental health and domestic violence crisis.

Outpatient Mental Health

Comprehensive outpatient mental health treatment and supportive services for children, young adults, and adults.

Peer Support Services

Our Peer Support Specialists use their own lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery to help others find hope, navigate services, and build confidence on their own recovery journey.

Primary Care

Integrated Primary Care, for comprehensive medical care services. (Currently only available to individuals already receiving other qualifying services at United Services.)
